Have run across some of their facilities at other locations when cruising with Google! Pretty neat operations and on some they have their own motive power. If you'll notice the building at the upper right of the facility, they are unloading corn syrup tank cars there. Also see chemical tank cars being unloaded on the left most track.
This would be a darn good facility for an ISL and of course doesn't have to be more than just a couple of short tracks, holding 3 or 4 cars each. Covered hoppers on one track, tank cars on the other with access roads on each side and between the tracks.
Like Don, wish I could find a source for the tank trucks that you see at these facilities. Closest thing I've got is a feed truck that I picked up years ago (Con-cor I believe).
