As a retired defender of the Constitution of the United States, I have no choice but to agree with bail, at any level. it is a right, guaranteed.
What I'd like to see done, is far to hideous and horrible to speak of..... anywhere.
I will leave it at, once proved guilty by hard evidence, legally obtained, may the judge proscribe the severest punishment allowed by law, and may the punishment be carried out swiftly, and thoroughly.
Defending "Freedom", is not now, and has never been, an easy task, but its reward, Freedom, is still worth the aggravation.
