As a retired defender of the Constitution of the United States, I have no choice but to agree with bail, at any level. it is a right, guaranteed.

Bail can be denied depending on offense, and threatening life with bombs would fall under that. The right of bail isn't gauranteed under federal law, maybe some state laws though
