I went to take a nap, and look what happened.........I woke up over 2 months later! 
After taking a long break from modeling, I wanted to get back at it (actually Kurt bullied me into it
). Before the next build, I decided to finish what I already have. That meant doing the coal conveyors for the coal house and spreading trash around the layout.
This is not the best pic quality-wise, but it shows how this end of the layout has shaped up with the conveyors and other details:

A small conveyor peeps out of a mostly empty bin. Also the sign suggests that Mr. Gallimore has apparently been getting ripped off lately :
