I live in Brazil and this is my first reply.

Regarding the transloading theme, Is there any company who makes a HO conveyor belt for transfering bulk or grain from cars to trucks? Such device is often seeing among these facilities. It would be nice to have a model.

Walthers has an HO scale Bulk Transfer Conveyor and pit system http://www.walthers.com/exec/productinfo/933-3519. Appears to still be available.

If you're looking for a grain/feed/fertilizer type auger conveyor like this:     You'd have to scratch build it - but pretty easy to model.
