If you modeled this plant or used it as inspiration, you could always have a little fan blowing across a small hot plate with chocolate on one half and nuts on the other half [if thats your fancy] to provide a heady aroma while you switch the plant.
Why not? We are fitting locos with sound now days, so how about pleasant aromas at interesting industries.
I have already bought a mini donut maker for use near the Krispy Kreme plant on my EFfingham RailRoad.
