Ahhh yes. Don't those silly Amtrak Passengers know that we live in the Age of Intitlement!
The "I can do what-ever I want, when-ever I want, to whom-ever I want, regardless of how it may annoy others, inconvenience them, or other wise interfere with their right to enjoy a public or other wise common area in relative peace."
I have found the best way to combat this level of insolence from others is to call them on it. I've been pushed, stepped on and shoved out of the way so many times by rude and ignorant people that whenever I feel slighted by these clowns, I simply yell out, "EXCUSE ME?!, Was I in your way?" 9/10 they look like a deer caught in headlights and meekly reply, "sorry" as they sulk back to their place in line.
The real sociopaths will flip me the bird or yell an explicitive back. Because of course they have every right to trod on me and disrepect me as a human being, so who am I to call them on their bad behaviour.
Sounds like this woman fell in the later category.
