Shop and/or RIP track moves

I have a RIP track on the layout, but it's not meant to be a part of the operations, per se...It's a for-real RIP track where any car that needs attention (wheels, trucks, couplers, whatever...) gets placed so it can be attended to....

There's nothing so frustrating than a car that screws up operations because of a minor detail that needs fixing....
