I'm thinking of putting one of these of my layout and I am wondering how the hoppers are unloaded, Can only the car in the structure be unloaded or can they all be unloaded ?

crossroads can probably tell you a bit more about this facility, but when I passed by there last Wednesday morning, they had 4 pressure differential hoppers spotted there and they were unloading the one on the south end (opposite end of the photo) directly into a truck. As the photo shows, they also receive some Airslide covered hoppers in addition to the PD covered hoppers. Don't think anyone currently makes models of the PD covered hoppers in HO, but I have been able to get about 6 Airslides (Wathers) to add to my fleet.

This is also a facility I will include, in addition to the crossdock building, if I end up going with a trans-load track on the layout. Difference would be that mine would be off-loading feed or fertilizer inside the shed and have a car-puller to move the cars as they are unloaded.
