The Russian decapods.
I, like Steve have 2. I backdated mine to the USRA leasing period in the 1918's. The CNJ received 19 of them. A mixture of Alco, and Baldwin units. Baldwin having built the most of these. I would call it a kitbashing. Bachmann as built by them were alerted locomotives. The ones leased to the CNJ were only different from the ones sent to Russia by the wider driver tires, removal of the bumpers, insulation of US couplers, oil marker lights, and the USA paint scheme. All 19 retained their all-weather cabs, handrails, oil headlamps, and issued numbers. They were used on the CNJ's Lehigh and Susquehanna division. After the war in 1920 all were returned to the USRA. The CNJ kept none of them.
