Thanks guys for the compliments and yes I have been missing for a while. Work and life have been interfering with modeling time. Every time I get the layout and workbench cleared off and ready to go something comes up and before I know there is junk piled up on both again.

I am still learning how to use my new camera that I got for Christmas last year. I have done some layout shots but the quality is not what I am used to. Funny it is a better camera that my old one and guess as result it is not as forgiving as the old one.

Now the problem is my tripod was damaged during one of my daughter’s volleyball game. The video camera was saved but a leg on the tripod is slightly bent. It is amazing how hard some girls can hit a volleyball.

Weekends are tough for me posting right now and will be for the next few weeks. My daughter is getting ready for club volleyball season so we are getting court time whenever we can. She has about 6 college volleyball coaches pursuing her so we have also been spending time talking with, visiting campuses, and seeing teams play on the weekends. Next week is another. We have a game to see on Saturday and an Open House on Sunday. Then the following week is club try-outs. Throw in my son’s Boy Scout stuff and my weekends are full. He is getting ready to go to Philmont Scout Ranch in New Mexico next July so he has had several backpack camping weekends and fundraisers. Next week is our District’s Camporee. Also he has been working hard on achieving his Life Scout Rank. His Board of Review is next week and the Court of Honor the following week. With winter coming scouts will clam down also.

I promise that soon I will be posting more often and not just in the Hobo thread.
