This is not a bakery! All wall parts of the bakery kit have been used to build this 41" long generic structure. The joints did not do so well. They got hidden by stack pipes. The door and cornerstone truck loading gates will be installed after painting. The remaining parts (office, tower, tank etc.) of the kit are on shelf and used later.
