Would they do concrete and than asphalt immediately at the first construction time or do the asphalt patches later when the concrete become more and more damaged?
I have a problem with the "street running". I do usually lack the precision to get it look really good. My idea / bypass is to run the concrete up to the ties and fill the gap to the rail with fine gravel (sand). Between the rails will be a strip of concrete again.
