There will be dumpers and collections of crates and possibly other junk, also pallets, but random. You correctly have utility transformers -- you can do with several more utility poles here. ....

It took some time to get detail parts via USPS and DHL on my layout. But your recommendations have not been forgotten. I will continue to add more details and possibly some more weathering.
