Lance Mindenheim advocates the idea of building walls covered with photos of the prototype. A building with nice advertisement found at 2750 South Alameda served as a test object.
I got a warning that the resolution will be below 220 dpi during printing. The printout is low quality. Another common problem of street view images is the interruption of single image shots. In this case in the words whol--esale and ent--rance over the roller gate. However, it is a nice alternative for the background. You local guys should take your camera and do high resolution photos for that purpose like Lance does.
