Well, my search with "gilbert body shop vernon" results in lots of "Vernon matches" while "gilbert body shop huntington park" returns lots of "Huntington Park matches". However the Zip code 90255 is Huntington Park and that matches the graphical map information from Google.
But you wrote "the survey for the lot". That sounds like an official register for lots/properties but I am not successful to find anything useful. Are the official records of lots public accessible in the internet?
