Do you have any idea what industry can be put on the small triangle lot adjacent to the new building between the tracks and the road?
It should be rail served with black tank cars and/or covered hoppers from the front track and have "some" similarities with a Vernon (or at least SoCa) prototype. I can not find anything in that ballpark. Last resort would be a parking lot.... none rail served
