Wondered where you'd been lately Russ. Glad to see you back. My wife had knee surgery a few years ago and still has problems getting around, although she does quite well (that sounds encouraging doesn't it?). She didn't have a knee replacement, but may be looking at that in the next year or so.

Get out and run around the house a few times. You'll get it going again!
