Does anyone know when the Mayan Apocalypse is happening?

The world already ended and the new one is exactly like the old one. Oh well.

And . . . . . . is still headed in the same foolish direction.....

Fate can be quite cruel, yeah, we avoided the "End-of-the-World" - - - - - so we could all fall over the "Fiscal Cliff" :o

That's it, the Mayans weren't predicting the end of the world, they just hit a fiscal cliff and lost funding for their Calender Project Agency. The calender makers were put on administrative leave (at full pay of course) until the new administration appointed a Calender Czar to fund a study into why there were no more calenders past 2012.... As usual, their report isn't due until sometime around December, 2025...
