I appreciate your kind comments. I will keep you informed about the progress I am making on my Baldwin. It is only a small project compared to building a layout, but at least it will get finished.
Larry, I think O scale makes building such an engine much easier than the smaller scales. The details may be more visible, but the size makes them easier to handle as well. When I am detailing HO engines I need tweezers all the time and I cannot count anymore how many parts they sent flying into the orbit. Working on an O scale engine I can grab almost all parts with my fingers – big advantage
