Rolling stock on the Potomac Line

Over the last few days I have been working on a resin boxcar kit from Westerfield. Here is what it looks like in stock kit built form:

And a slightly modernized car with bettendorf style trucks built from the same kit:

So here are a few pics of the one I am working on. The B&P shops have apparently rebuilt this car at least once, reusing the journal boxes from the old arch bar trucks in the newer Andrews trucks, and apparently replacing the old wooden plug door with a steel sliding door. The door is a narrowed down door from an old boxcar I had in the junk box.

The other photos show the car with a standard 40 footer on one side and a wood side 40 footer on the other, to show the major size difference in this 36 foot car.
