Doctorwayne: What is your source for HO 2x6 boards for roof walks? What would you suggest for the end sills? Metal corner steps?

To elaborate, this kit was pretty complicated with a lot of various resin and plastic parts. Instead of spending days trying to figure out all the parts, I decided to install a roofwalk like doctorwayne does, board by board. I also want metal sill steps, not the plastic ones that come with the kit. Additionally, I can't fathom which pieces go together to make up the end sills, if the pieces are even present in the kit. I need to figure out what I am going to do there. This is where I could use some input from you guys.
