I've been fussing with this corner for several years then the idea for this building just sort of formed itself out of the brainmire. 
There have been at various times houses,stores, a firebarn ,then houses again but nothing really grabbed me.Aside from finally getting something I actually like up there my total cost (aside from my time ) is actually $0.

Unfortunately due to the fact that Spring in my part of Michigan has started with sub freezing temps the building is done as far as it can be till it warms up to atleast the low 40s so I can rattlecan this beast.There are a few things I can do yet like make the sidewalk in front of the building.
