Actually.... Rusty is the one that thinks he is a dog sometimes. He acts like one. Alicia and I joke that he's the dog we always wanted. He used to fetch (before that got tiresome to him), he used to roll over and let you scratch his belly, and guards the house. He does tricks for treats and is as loyal as any dog I have ever seen. Lardo just eats like a dog. And when you clean his litter box, you'd think he was a BIG dog.
We call Alonzo "Lardo", but I call Rusty "Buddy". He goes everywhere with me when I am home and follows me around, just like a dog. Alicia just came home for lunch and she's brushing him right now. He's lovin' it. As soon as she goes back to work, he'll be curled up at my feet again.
