Our "learning curve" will be figuring out the names of which paints are the ones we've been using. My guess would be one name for the enamels, and one name for the lacquers. I would also guess that the color names would remain the same.

I wish that were the case. Model Railroader reports that Testors:

"Has no plans to move colors from the Floquil and Polly Scale lines to another line. Testors noted that colors used for weathering and scenery can be found in Testors’ CreateFX line of paints."

So basically, the generic dirt colors you can get anywhere will be saved, but it seems like Caboose Red, BNSF Yellow or Reading Green will no long be an option.
