Roundhouse 2-6-0 Sound

Hi Matt!

This is a Tsunami TSU-750 squeezed into a turtle deck tender.
The chamber for the speaker has to be kept very low in height, so that the decoder can be placed above it.
Under the black tape are a 8-pin connector according NMRA. I have taped it for safety reasons to avoid short circuits.
The 2-pin connector is for the tender back up light.
The TSU-750 has only front light and back light as functions. There are no other light functions as on the TSU-1000.
In some cases this is the only possiblity to use small speakers and small baffle kits to get sound.
An additional speaker may be mounted under the cab roof if you have a high arched roof. But it is necessary to make a individual chamber for the speaker to fit unter the roof exactly.

This is my system of triple-pack 8-pin NMRA connectors.

In the recangular tender casing it was possible to fit a rather big chamber. It will develop more bass and better sound.
