No, they call those, "self-charging" batteries. What they do is suck the power from any other battery withing 1,000 miles. What do you think happens to something like a flashlight or some other gadget that you haven't used for a while and won't work when you turn it on? I'll tell you, it's because these self-charging batteries drain the to give life to itself, that's why. 35 35
