Cane River and Winnfield Rock.
Last night I finally stopped procrastinating and got the paint brushes out.

Order of business for last night was this loco:

With 3 GP20's in my collection, I wanted something a little different for this one, so with some spares from my bits box and some paints, she now looks... quite different. The story is that the N&CRR went to the Western Pacific some time before their merger with the UP, and snapped up a pair of their aging GP20's to use as road switchers. This is one, with the running numbers and road name painted out, and re-numbered to 935 - the number has a relevance to someone within the shortline's board of directors, I am sure. Either that or the workshop foreman just threw darts at a list of numbers!

The loco was given a coat of black primer, and then was painted up with a coat of games workshop 'orkhide shade' before getting 'macharius solar orange' stripes, and the patch job done with 'knarloc green'.

Looks about right to me. Smile
