those kits cab be soldered so brass shapes like tubes,angles, etc. Also think this was used for a machine shop & electrical co. being the kind of structure that was used for about anything. With only one large door doubt that it was used for a warehouse. But nothing says more large doors couldn't be added. BTW it's spelled Suydam which is now Alpine Models. Suydam kits can still be found on eBay. They also made brass interurban & street car models.
