Hi there,
so it´s been some time and most of the needed parts came in during the last two weeks. I also got the RS18 conversion parts from Kaslo shops and the Metal parts from Eric. The resin parts are very nice and I couldn´t resist to start with them on the first enigne. I milled out the inside of the Kaslo hood, placed the ne front to the cab and added the new pilots for the BCR unit. And here is #615 waiting in front of Dawson Creek Station for more work on it.
I´ll add the two openings to the doors of the long hood and after that adding the rear numberboards and the lights. I´m thinking of adding an ESU Loksound decoder to this one. Will be the first ESU decoder but I´ve heard that they are nice. More progress will follow, soon.
Regards,Chris
