I made a couple of those "should have left things alone" trades last week too.

If any of you followed his career , you'll know that Leffler was a lot more successful in the sprint cars with a lot of important wins ....the heavier Nascar rides weren't as rewarding , unfortunately . He leaves behind a young son who I hope gets looked after properly .

I thought Leffler was mainly a Nationwide driver, regardless my best wishes for his family.

Like JJ Yeley , Leffler came up through open wheel ....had OK success with Nationwide ...still ran a lot of open wheel including the Chili Bowl in Tulsa that I'd love to see someday .

O.K. so when you said sprint cars you were refering to open wheel, not NASCAR Sprint Cup?

My bad , sorry for the confusion :oops: .....Leffler was midgets , silver crown cars etc .....don't think he drove a winged Outlaw car though .

Congrtats to "The Biff " on a big win ( I don't have him

)
Judging by our groups results , a lot of guys must have Hendrick cars in their pool ( I didn't but was happy to see J.J. end up 29th

)
Sonoma next week , boys ...the big crapshoot . Do you take a road race " ringer " or stick with the usual suspects ? Nascar guys have come a long way on the road courses in the past few years .......think I'll wait until qualifying !

Once again switching from the Biff to Edwards does me in.

Of course if I was to switch back we all know what would happed, don't we?

I would have made the same switch Mike ....Edwards is generally more consistent in the long run . Biff has never seemed to live up to expectations inspite of being a quality driver .

I agree T, I just don't know why I can't spell "happen" ? Ops, got it right that time.
