Big shakeup at Teejay Racing . I fired everyone on the team , including myself . A pigeon will now be running things , including picking the drivers ....can't do much worse .

To err is human, to blame it on somebody else shows management potential.
The drivers that cost exactly $100 last week when I locked them in cost $101 this week. Am I O.K. because I locked them in when they were $100 or do I need to dump one and find someone cheaper?

No - Don't touch anyhting
The money is only for drafting purposes. If one of your drivers did not make the race and you had to draft another driver, then the money would matter
As long as you are leaving your team stand, you're fine....
Also - the cost of a driver is indicative of how well they are doing week to week.. so it's good that your driver is worth more
