Very neat! Nicely done. I especially like the rowboat.

And you have to have somewhere to deliver finished product...a lumberyard.

The lumber has to go somewhere. I am in the process of building a model of another lumberyard, and I kitbashed this lumbershed from an Atlas kit. I am kitbashing an office and showroom from this same kit.
Construction details can be viewed here: <!-- m --><a class="postlink" href="http://nvrr49.blogspot.com/2013/10/long-bell-lumber-atlas-lumber-shed.html">http://nvrr49.blogspot.com/2013/10/long ... -shed.html</a><!-- m -->

The second building for my Long-Bell lumber diorama is a lumber shed saw shop combo, the same Atlas kit as used above, but built mostly according the manufacturers instructions.
I still need to fill the lumber bins, and pile some junk around.
Construction details and more pictures can be seen here: <!-- m --><a class="postlink" href="http://nvrr49.blogspot.com/2013/11/long-bell-lumber-atlas-lumberyard-build.html">http://nvrr49.blogspot.com/2013/11/long ... build.html</a><!-- m -->

The lumberyard is going to need some 1940's era forklifts, and the only one I know if is a small Alloy Forms Clark model. I did some research and came up with three for my lumberyard, all from the 1940's and I 3d printed them on my Afinia printer.
The Atlamatic
A Clark Yardlift 40
The Clark Cargo Plane loader
Details on the 1940's prototypes and construction details can be seen here: <!-- m --><a class="postlink" href="http://nvrr49.blogspot.com/2013/12/fork-lifts-for-my-long-bell-lumberyard.html">http://nvrr49.blogspot.com/2013/12/fork ... ryard.html</a><!-- m -->

I kitbashed, by 3d printing a new front wall, an Atlas lumber shed in to an office and showroom for my Long Bell lumberyard.
