I know I am coming in a little late on this but drop the Locos make a separate keep it gauged and a separate big blue. In doing this you would open this for some originality with in limits. Such as a jeep with the large logo on the side and keep it gauged or big blue on the front. but all of the letter style and color would be the same and would match the main logo.

Oh yeah, should there be a standard color for diesels, caboose, box cars. You get my drift. I feel there should be some guidelines.

eightyeight, i really like those decals you did! maybe like the others have said, a differant design for a caboose. i know i would definately like a set when they come out.
For the diesels I'm thinking of something along the lines (sorry for the pun) of EMD's blue and white demonstrator colours for the diesels. Instead of the white have a different shade of blue.
I like the Conrail idea with the G and also the idea of patched locos for ex- The Guage locos.
Decals- I think HO and N should be on one sheet because on Boxcars, Cabooses and Hoppers you can use the HO size and on flatcars and Gondolas N for instance.
I think it would be wise to come out with a decal sheet with different sizes of the logo for various freight cars first. I'm not sure how many would model the Big Blue railroad, but I can see the potential for it to be considered a shortline like RJ Corman or a car leasing company. I don't know where RJ Corman is located. I've never seen the railroad, but I used to see a lot of their boxcars in U.P. trains behind the shop where I worked before retirement. If the demand proves worthwhile, you could then come out with decals for locomotives and cabooses.

We're working on them, making the artwork is to tough part and that's my job right now. I'll present what I come up with before we do anything though since I want to get it as close to right as I can. I'm considering what's been said here, plus doing what I think might look good and print good.
