My Decker reefers are ready for a subsequent color repair and correction.
All details were added or replaced and so my friend can do his painting job, not a new coloring, only small repairs.
I did not install the new door hardware because it will be a more simply way to recoloring the door areas without the new hardware. This will be the last step then, to add to the door hardware. And to add air hoses.
Cheers, Bernd

A few minutes ago I have answered on a private coment by Doc Wayne and then I clicked back on my picture two posts ago - and I find this unshortened brake shaft at one of my models.
Ok, a small mistake and not a big problem. However I'm surprised again and again that I explore such small errors or mistakes very often on pictures, my own pictures, and I am absolutely sure that I checked and controlled all steps of my work many, many times.
My conclusion, make shots over shots from your work, show them to friends - and view them personally from time to time!
And thanks also for the friendly hint with two identic car numbers. This will be corrected with the color repair.
Cheers, Bernd

Hey Faraway, the billboard should be for a "W" radio station, and not a "K" station, since you're modeling east of the Mississippi river. Just another tidbit of American detailing you might want to know.

Yep, the one still on the board is from Santa Fe Ave in LA. Need to shoot with Google Streetview a new one from Chicago or use a local one from the web. There is a "quite nice" and famous one about "jobs" in Chicago
hock: May be the moderators would be not so happy with it.....

This product may be better suited
ps. I was surprised about the broad range of topics covered when you search Google Images with "Chicago billboard". I checked it with some other cities and got much less none product topics on billboards. Looks like Chicago developed it's very own billboard culture.
