This thread is dedicated to any steel mill, anywhere, Please add some of where ever to make this a great reference for anyone wanting to model Steel or who just wants to look at history that is just a memory anymore. I'll start out...
Bethlehem Steel in Bethlehem, Pa: 1857–2003
Height of employment was around 300,000
great pics tom,but a darn shame aint it.all those mill buildings, just left to rot away.its kinda depressing to me.the end of an era almost.but i guess we wouldnt be so interested in them if they were stil running . but we can consider ourselves 3D historians as we model the past to show it to the present ,if anyone else has pics,we would love to see'em.--josh

C&O ALL THE WAY--
I have a few odds and end shots I took in the late 70's. I will post these 3 of a mill in Mingo Junction, Ohio.
I don't know what company it was, and they are not good shots, but maybe they can help some of the mill modelers.
