Caught the tail end of A CNJ train just east of Stockertown on the LNE Hercules branch.

In the maintenance shed at Cass Scenic Railway, a Shay's boiler is being moved back over the chassis for re-installation.
We always learn far more from our own mistakes, than we will ever learn from another's advice.
The greatest place to live life, is on the sharp leading edge of a learning curve. Lead me not into temptation.....I can find it myself!

There was a lot of "clutter", but, no "chassis with a Harley-Davidson engine or something else ..." The yellow triangular thing is a traveling hoist, with something hanging from it. There were all kinds of "stuff" lying all around, rather typical of this kind of facility.

That most certainly was not. That looks like it should, with the boiler sitting on the frame, with the steam pipes connected.
