I have no clue, all I know about it is it's a CP Rail and there's no markings on it for MOW

A Loaded East bound NS coal train today around 3;30pm going through Hyde Park,Pennsylvania with two SD80 Macs in the lead.

No pictures but after months of having to drive through Cotesville on a fairly regular basis I finally saw a train cross business 30 by the steel plant. Couple of covered hoppers and a couple of flats, and on the back was - A CABOOSE. Plated over windows, so it was one used as a 'switching platform' but now I can say I've seen one with my own eyes and not just in someone's picture.
