NOOOOOOO ! Man that's real time weathering. If I dust that one off then I have to dust them all. Next would be all the cars, then the buildings. Everything would look new.

The truck driver must be very talented since there don't seem to be any hi-rail wheels to keep him on the track...

Well it cost a lot of $$$ but it is done. The rush job was started Sunday night. That means double time. It took 4 hours but the crew got paid for 8. SAFETY FIRST.

Now that's better. I still feel that something is missing.

H-m-m. What about some bystanders pulling out their cameras to take pics of the loco running the crossing?

Either that's a brand new utility pole or all the 'lectrical wires went and fell off. Better call the 'lectric company too.

'Sides, whoever said trains can't drive on roads better tell that to this one...

There's a great picture around somewhere from the Ice Storm of '98 in eastern Canada / NE US. In Boucherville, Quebec, I think, CN took a couple of their locos down a road to set up as a generating station. They were actually "driven" under their own power...

See info and pictures of engines 3502 and 3508 here --> http://cnlines.ca/CNcyclopedia/loco/mlw/
