Yes- QSI Revolution U decoder and 31 mm high bass speaker . Take a look at this install [http://litchfieldstation.com/DCC-Univers...utionU.htm][/url]
Right now I think that the Revolution U is out of stock--everywhere! When the Turbine's were relesed these decoders flew out of stock quick.
Might be 4 to 6 weeks before QSI has a second run of them

upnick,
Thanks for getting my link to work- did not know I had to remove the brackets. Eek Glad you were able to get to the link 2285_
rogerw,
I don't think you will hear much differance if you use two speakers. The one 31 MM high bass works just fine. Save yourself the expence of the second speaker.
One complaint that I have heard about is the lighting- The 1.5 volt bulbs are not very bright- Maybe upgrade to LED's ?

Hi Roger,

No problems let us know how you go on with the install .... yes the lights are mentioned in the install there and replacement of them with LED's will be better in the long run while you have the body off ......... my turbine is your side of the pond at the moment Icon_lol

Ok,
I have just finished up a update on the lighiting of this loco. I used surface mount sunny white LRD's. The small wires that are on these will try your nerves.
The surface mount LED's look MUCH better!

You can make a link work simply by typing it in:

<!-- m --><a class="postlink" href="http://www.the-gauge.net">http://www.the-gauge.net</a><!-- m --> and it will be automatically parsed (formatted to work). The http:// part is optional.

If you want to use text to describe a link like this Big Blue Train Forum, the required bbcode looks like this:

Code:
[url=http://the-gauge.net]Big Blue Train Forum[/url]

In this case, the http:// is needed. The descriptive text can be anything.

Hope that helps.

Even easier, simply "right click" on an address, then "COPY" it. Type in "", then "PASTE" in the copied info, followed by a "[color=#FF4000]]", then type in whatever descriptive text you wish. Finish it off by typing ".

For example: here's a simply-made link to Accurail's website, accomplished by following the instructions which I've written out in the previous paragraph, with the exception that I've purposely included an extraneous asterisk within the last set of parentheses, which will prevent it from showing as a working link[/url*]

or, without the *, it appears like this: [url=http://www.accurail.com/accurail/index.htm]here's a simply-made link to Accurail's website, accomplished by following the instructions which I've written out in the previous paragraph, with the exception that I've purposely included an extraneous asterisk within the last set of parentheses, which will prevent it from showing as a working link

The first "link" doesn't work, while the second one, despite its title, does.

I must give full credit to Andrew for this method, though, as he taught it to me several years ago when he first invited me to the "old Gauge" from the Model Railroader Forum. Thanks, Andrew. Wink Goldth
