paper backdrop cement ?

I used modge podge to glue some brickwork to foamcore. The brickwork had been copied on my printer and the modge podge caused a bit of run -- enough to age the brickwork a bit.

Hmm, some of the buildings are brick. That just might work

3M does make a spray glue for use with pictures. But I think it might be for pics on photo paper.
Might want to experiment with plain white paper.
