A single pic of my current Z scale scratchbuilding project.I will finish it when I can get the trucks for it. Ladders and trucks will be the only readymade parts.I plan to make 8 of these then start on a fleet of coal gons.

How hard is it to build something in such a small scale?

Since you plan on making more than one, wouldn't it be worth your time to make a master for molds & castings?
