Yes, I agree. I also run several Hornby Dublo (solid diescast) locos from the 1960s and really enjoy them. The detailing is good and, because they're so heavy, they're capable of hauling heavy loads. I also like to run a few Triang locos from the 1960s/70s. While the detailing of these older locos is inferior to today's, there's something about these locos -- charm, uniqueness, more character? -- that often make them more appealing to me than the finely-detailed modern releases. The retro, nostalgia factor also appeals to me. Rob
