It's being transported dead-in-tow. It was built by Motive Power Industries in Boise, Idaho and is being delivered east via Union Pacific. The yellow car is an empty TTX centerbeam flatcar.
Where is the GO unit being delivered to? My neighbor works at EMD in Lagrange, I could ask him to look for it if its there

"GO" is Government of Ontario... it's going to Toronto.
