southern pacific #3937? #3930 and #3931 were 2-6-6-2s purchased from the verde Tunnel & Smelter railroad.

Yep' thats why the slight difference in the number .3930& 3931 were not USRA designs And of course this is strickly a fictional what if locomotive. Icon_lol
