Sketch-Up basics for Modelers
#1
Hey guys,

I am in need of 5 brave Eek souls to participate in the beta test of a Sketchup basics for modelers class I am doing online.

It will consist of 2 Thursday evening classes from 6-7:30ish pm mountain time on May 20 & 27, 2010

to participate you need to have a Skype account and a pc with the free version of Google's Sketchup software installed. ( I will send instructions to help set up both)

I will be demonstrating how quick and easy it can be to design structure patterns in Sketchup and how you can then export them to printed patterns for traditional scratch building techniques..

If you are interested you can post here or pm me..

Thanks

Mooreway

Definitely interested. I have a Mac version of Sketchup and a Skype account. Unfortunately, I do not have Thursdays free at the right time. Sad

Do you plan on recording the sessions and making them available via YouTube or something else?

Thanks!

Plans are to do a you-tube style on demand series ( it is in production right now) ..

I plan to start the releases of this course the first week of June.

This is just a way for me to get some quicker direct feedback on the material.

@ Andrew is there an evening that would work better for you? I can be flexible.

James
