Anybody ever seen the manual? 180-somethng pages!! :o
After first seeing the manual, I was a bit disgruntled with the complications. But then I changed my mind, a person can just use the default settings, maybe adjust CV 2, 5, and 6 for speed control. Then, as time and interest allow, all the other stuff can be adjusted if desired. It's a good thing to have the flexibility, just don't let it scare you. I've got a few locos with factory Quantum sound, but just ordered a Quantum decoder for one of the CF7s. When it comes in, I'll do a tutorial on the install.
