WT Fan ...
Is that Salina, Kansas, Utah, Oklahoma or New York ... or is it Salinas, California?
And what time period are we talking about? Twenties, thirties ... forties, maybe? The road is not paved ... is there water? Are there sewers? Will I need a well and a septic tank? Do the town fathers have a plan for utility improvements?
The asking price for the real estate and last year's property taxes on the unimproved lot would be nice to know as well.
Looking at that 30' x 45' lot ... is there a "General Store" in the area? Or is the town really in need of an auto repair shop? Just wonderin'.

Salina, CO in the thirties ... forties
Salina is modern town, there's already water an sewers in the street.
The town has a General Store already.
