A local favourite: The begging bear gets dressed up. The art gallery tolerates and enjoys it.

In model railroading, there are between six and two hundred ways of performing a given task.
Most modellers can get two of them to work.

A few white dogs from our North Carolina get together in November, 2007
When we get together in May there are more than 20 white dogs. These are all rescues.

Gorgeous dogs. And lucky to have good homes. We watch some of the programmes about the work some of the rescue centres do in the Satates and some of the animals they collect make us cringe. How can people be so cruel. Some of it is ignorance I'm sure, but outright cruelty is unforgivable.
It's a good day when you wake up in the morning. It's not your problem if you don't.

Being in Northern Lake County, Illinois.........I do miss the Salt water..

Yeah, an average day on the Atlantic Ocean. One of these days I'll win the lottery, and will be able to afford a trip east, and a night or five on a cruise ship.....just to see if my "Sea Legs" still "work".

It was a frosty morning in Ohio yesterday too. This was in the morning.

Last night we went to see the Christmas displays at a local town. Driving there was a challenge because the fog was quite heavy.
