Without studying your diagram too closely, I'm going to suggest that you gap BOTH rails to BOTH yards and use the DPDT switches to switch the yards from mainline power to yard power.

Then, you are going to need two or three power packs or controllers so that you can keep things moving on the mainline and both yards.
